*Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in me not being able to complete your full treatment.
* Please allow extra time for parking
*To confirm your appointment, a booking fee is required at the time of booking.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT PAYING THE BOOKING FEE WILL SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT IN OUR CALENDARS. IF THE BOOKING FEE IS NOT PAID, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL NOT BE SAVED AND WILL BE CANCELLED AUTOMATICALLY!!!
*A minimum notice of 48 hours is required for cancellations or changes to your appointment; this will enable me to fill the space, hopefully. If less time is given, a40% of the treatment cost will then be added to your next booking.
* My booking software automatically sends out email reminders prior to each booking. Please ensure I have your correct details at all times.
* Patch tests - required for chemical peels and all laser treatments; if you are unsure, please ask; I will also inform you upon booking if booking in person. These are required prior to your first treatment with me and are there for your own safety. They are also recommended after any medical change (pregnancy/illness/vaccinations/medications).
*Please make sure you contact me to ensure this is completed; failure to do so will result in not being able to carry out the treatment, and the full cost will be required unless 48 hours’ notice is given.
* Please book 2-3 appointments ahead, especially if you are restricted by days/times; I am now extremely busy, and waiting times can be 4/5 weeks.
* Please inform me of any medical changes on your arrival; this includes any changes in medications, as this can affect your suitability for some treatments.
* Please be aware that when booking and confirming your appointment, you are agreeing to my terms and conditions.
* No-shows will be charged the NO SHOW FEE, which is a full treatment price per my booking policy!!!
*Cancellation within less than 48 hours will be charged a cancellation fee payable upfront in order to rebook future appointments !!!
*All new clients must book via the Book Now link and pay a booking fee! This is to help me avoid No Shows!
*YOU CAN AMEND OR CANCEL YOUR BOOKING UP TO 48 HOURS BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT, AND IT IS FREE OF CHARGE! That includes new and old customers!
* The booking can be transferred with sufficient notice of no less than 48h notice once bookin fee is not REFUNDABLE!
Please come on time. I run an appointment-only service, and unfortunately, if you are more than 10 minutes late, the appointment will be automatically cancelled and will need to be rebooked, and a cancellation fee will be charged, except for emergencies. If you are late, I am late for other customers, and it isn’t fair to anyone.
